Alteration, Cancellation and Return Policy - 19th Stitch

CANCELLATION 

  • 19th Stitch reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

  • Cancellations by customers within 24 hours after order confirmation will be considered. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the production or shipping has already in progress. 19th Stitch hold all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations.

  • Any changes to your order detail would also be governed by the above terms.

ALTERATION FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS

  • First alteration for custom garment will be free of charge. However,  all delivery charges will be are required to be borne by the customer.

  • No returns  will be accepted for custom garments unless in the event of alterations are not possible. Refund in form of credit voucher will be issued for your next purchase.

RETURN POLICY FOR ACCESSORIES

  • The consumer has the right to return or exchange for accessories within 7 working days on the received date.

  • You can do this by accessing Transaction History in your 19th Stitch account.

  • The items should be returned with its original state. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and not damaged.

  • Refund amount will be credited in the form of a credit voucher into your 19th stitch account.

  • Return status will be notified to the customer within 2-3 working days from the time of receipt.

  • Discounted Products during sale promotion cannot be exchanged.
